What am I allowed to put inside the dumpster?
We dispose of waste from your house cleaning, construction and demolition projects. Please contact us on specific waste items you are wondering about.
How can I cancel or change an order I already placed?
To cancel or make changes to an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at least one business day prior to delivery.
What is included in the price?
Our prices may be subject to change depending on the location of the job. Your final quote will include delivery and pick up, rental period (as per contract) ans disposal of the allotted tonnage (as per contract).
Can you guarantee an exact delivery time for my dumpster rental?
Deliveries will occur between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver during an allotted time, however; we may face extenuating circumstances beyond our control. We will give you our best estimate and can have our Customer Service or Driver call when dumpster is on its way. If you require this information, please notify Customer Service when your order is placed.
What dumpster size should I order?
We are here to help you with that! Call our Customer Service Team and we will work with you to make sure you are provided with the correct size.
How do I pay for my dumpster rental?
We accept personal and company checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and take the credit card information at the time of order. The dumpster must be paid in full before the delivery. Your card is kept on file until the dumpster is picked up.
