Debris Box Terms & Conditions

14 day rental, prices include drop-off, pick-up and disposal fees.

Standard Box: Dry recyclable materials

Construction debris, metal, wood, yard waste, etc. No dirt, concrete, wet garbage, or hazardous material allowed.

20 yard box: 15.5’ length x 7.5’ width x 4.5’ height. Weight included with price, 2 tons or 4,000 lbs. $380.00

30 yard box: 22’ length x 7.5’ width x 5.5’ height. Weight included with price, 3 tons or 6,000 lbs. $480.00

40 yard box: 22’ length x 7.5’ width x 6.5’ height. Weight included with price, 4 tons or 8,000 lbs. $590.00

50 yard box: 22’ length x 7.5’ width x 8’ height. Weight included with price, 5 tons or 10,000 lbs. $705.00

Any box can be loaded with a max of 9 tons; overages will be billed @ $70.00 per ton.

Metal only box: Customer will receive credit back from recycling yard.

Dirt and Concrete box: Heavy / Dense materials

Dirt only, concrete only, brick only allowed. DO NOT MIX & NO WET CONCRETE ALLOWED.

20 yard box can be filled half way, 10 yards only with a max weight of 9 tons.

Overweight boxes will be charged $70.00 per ton or possibly asked that partial load be removed.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Do not overload the container or block container the day of pick up.
    1. Do not place debris above the sides of container rails. Needs to be “Water Level”.
    2. An overweight charge of $70.00 per ton will be applied for containers that exceed included or weight limits.
    3. If container exceeds max weight due to overloading of materials, (rock, dirt, concrete, etc.), customer will have to remove excess and additional fees such as driver time will be assessed.
    4. On collection or Pick-Up day, if container is blocked, your account will be charged an additional fee of $100.00 for a trip charge. Customer will need to call with a new pick-up or collection date when the area or box is clear.
  2. The customer takes full responsibility for any damage that may be caused to driveways, asphalt, lawns, sidewalks, power lines etc.

    3. Asphalt in particular will get damaged with heavy loads in hot weather, so please keep all potential issues in mind when considering drop off areas. Plywood can be placed in driveway for protection.
  3. Use of equipment: The equipment we furnish will remain our property. You will be responsible for any loss or damage resulting

from your handling of the equipment, except for normal wear and tear. You will not alter the equipment and will take reasonable

precautions to prevent others from doing the same. You will use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

4. NO Hazardous materials or wet garbage: The following items are not accepted by waste disposal facilities and should not be placed in our debris boxes: Fluorescent lights, PCB Ballasts, Oil Filters, 5 Gallon Barrels (OK if empty, cleaned & open on both ends), Acids, Ammunition, Anti-Freeze, Asbestos, Batteries, Explosives, Gas Tanks, Gasoline, Hazardous Chemicals, Insecticides, Medical Waste, Paints, Stains, Varnishes (Drained & dry paint cans are OK), Paint Thinners, Solvents, Pesticides, Poisons, Propane Tanks, Motor oil,

No computers, computer monitors, televisions, copiers, any electronic equipment. Extra charges are imposed by the waste disposal facilities if these items are found in the box load and will result in an extra charge or non removal of the box until said materials are removed.
  1. Extra Charges: Extra charges will apply for the following: Appliances, Mattresses, Box springs, Sofas, Love seats, Tires, Hide away beds, lawnmowers, Water Heater. All prices are subject to change dependent on the landfill debris is taken to.
  2. Box rental is 14 days: A change of Pick-Up date must be requested at least 36 hours in advance by calling 925-513-0328. If no such request is made and the box is unavailable or inaccessible for pick-up on the scheduled date, a $100.00 trip fee will be assessed. A $15.00 per day charge will be applied for each additional day passed the 14 day rental period. Call for extensions.
